Haven't tried them yet... afraid they might be too strong - we're used to 5 or 10 mg!

Thanks for your feedback! If you're used to 5 or 10 mg, we recommend starting with a lower dose. Cut the gummies into smaller pieces and begin with a smaller amount to see how you feel. This way, you can find the perfect dose for your needs.
