Return Eligibility

Unopened Products May Be Returned Within 30 Days.

Products purchased directly from Door County Cannabis Co. may be eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a standard return:

• The product must be unopened and unused.
• The return must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
• Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Because our products are consumable goods, we cannot accept standard returns of products that have been opened or used. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are handled separately below.

Please contact us before mailing a return. This allows us to confirm that the item is eligible and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Include your order number and the product you would like to return when contacting us.

Return Shipping

Pack Your Return Carefully.

Once your return has been approved, securely package the product to help prevent damage while it is in transit.

• Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
• Include or clearly reference your order number.
• Use a trackable shipping method.
• Keep your tracking information until your refund is complete.

Unless the return is due to our error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved Refunds Go Back to the Original Payment Method.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether it qualifies for a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Standard refunds cover the purchase price of the eligible returned product. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error or the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please allow up to 10 business days after your refund is processed for it to appear in your account. The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Something Wrong?

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Order?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging when possible. Photos help us understand what happened and resolve the issue faster.

Once we review the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund, including applicable shipping costs when appropriate.

Exchanges

We Don’t Process Direct Exchanges.

If you would like a different product, return the eligible original item for a refund and place a new order for the product you would prefer.

This helps us process your request more quickly and keeps inventory and payment records accurate.

Purchased Somewhere Else?

Retailer Purchases Follow the Retailer’s Policy.

This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Door County Cannabis Co.

If you purchased a Door County Cannabis Co. product from another retailer, please contact that retailer regarding returns or refunds. Their return policy will apply to the purchase.

If there appears to be a product-quality issue, you are still welcome to contact us. We want to know when something isn’t right with one of our products.

Final Sale

Some Purchases May Be Final Sale.

Products specifically identified as final sale, clearance, or otherwise non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for standard returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
