They apply when you access or use doorcountycannabis.co, create an account, submit information through our website, or purchase products directly from us.
Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Payment & Security Policy, Age Restrictions, and Legal Disclaimers are incorporated into these Terms where applicable.

You Must Meet the Applicable Age Requirement.
You must be at least 21 years old, or the higher legal age required in your jurisdiction for the product involved, to purchase age-restricted products from Door County Cannabis Co.
By accessing age-restricted portions of our website or placing an order, you represent that you satisfy the applicable age requirement.

Product Availability
Not Every Product Can Be Sold Everywhere.
Laws governing hemp, CBD, THC, and other cannabinoids vary by jurisdiction and continue to change.
We may restrict the sale, shipment, availability, or delivery of any product when we determine that doing so is required by law, regulation, payment-processing requirements, carrier restrictions, business policy, or other compliance considerations.
Availability of a product on our website does not guarantee that it can lawfully be sold, shipped, possessed, or used in every jurisdiction.
Customers are responsible for complying with laws applicable to their purchase, possession, and use of our products.

Federal Hemp Law
The Federal Definition of Hemp Is Changing.
Congress enacted changes to the federal definition of hemp that are scheduled to take effect November 12, 2026.
Among other changes, the new definition addresses total THC and excludes certain final hemp-derived cannabinoid products containing more than 0.4 milligrams combined total per container of total THC and specified cannabinoids with similar effects.
As a result, products available before that effective date may later be reformulated, restricted, discontinued, or otherwise become unavailable.

Orders
An Order Is Subject to Acceptance.
Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted or fulfilled.
We may decline, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, payment authorization, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, age verification, shipping restrictions, regulatory concerns, or other reasonable business or compliance considerations.
If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
06
Pricing + Promotions
Prices and Promotions May Change.
Product prices, discounts, promotional offers, free-shipping thresholds, and availability may change without advance notice unless otherwise required by law.
Promotions may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, dates, exclusions, quantity limits, or other terms disclosed with the offer.
We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or other website errors and to cancel an affected transaction when reasonably necessary.
07
Payment
Payment Must Be Authorized Before Fulfillment.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
Payments are processed using third-party payment services. A transaction may be declined, delayed, canceled, or subject to additional verification by us, the payment processor, or the issuing financial institution.

The Website Is Provided on an “As Available” Basis.
We work to maintain an accurate, functional, and secure website, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, current, or available.
The website may contain links to or integrations with services operated by third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, policies, or practices.

Dispute Resolution
Some Disputes May Be Resolved Through Arbitration.
Please contact us first if a dispute arises. We would prefer to resolve customer concerns directly whenever reasonably possible.
Except for matters properly brought in small claims court and except where prohibited by applicable law, you and Door County Cannabis Co. agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, use of this website, or a purchase from Door County Cannabis Co. will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS.
Consumer arbitrations will be administered in accordance with the applicable JAMS rules and the JAMS Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards in effect when the arbitration is commenced.
The arbitration agreement is intended to be mutually binding. Either party may pursue an eligible dispute in small claims court instead of arbitration where permitted.
Individual Proceedings
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes subject to arbitration will proceed only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, collective, or representative arbitration.
If a court determines that a particular portion of this class or representative-action waiver cannot lawfully be enforced for a particular claim or remedy, that issue will be handled as required by applicable law.
Federal Arbitration Act
The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision to the extent applicable.
20
Governing Law
Wisconsin Law Governs These Terms.
Except to the extent federal law applies or applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For disputes properly proceeding in court rather than arbitration, venue and jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
21
General Terms
If One Provision Fails, the Rest Can Remain.
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
A failure by Door County Cannabis Co. to enforce a provision in one instance does not waive our right to enforce it later.
22

We may update these Terms as our website, products, policies, business practices, or legal obligations change.
The date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision. Material changes may be communicated in another reasonable manner when required by applicable law.
